Salvation story (quick version): I grew up in a Christian home and have always believed in God. But, it was during my 8th grade year that I developed a personal relationship with Christ. It was during a revival at my church, Wesley Methodist, where it all became my own faith, my own relationship, my own accountability.

Previous Lines of Work: I was the President and National Marketing Director for The Eagle Company, a professional speaking company for 15 years. Prior to that, I had worked for Texas Bank and Trust in new accounts, and Oleum, Inc. in accounting.

Best Thing Someone Said to You: “Mom, I just feel better when you hold me.”

Life Motto: “In the whole scheme of things – does this really matter? If not, get over it”

My Hero: my mom

One of My Greatest Experiences with God: My dad died in his driveway after being at my home for his granddaughter’s birthday party. He was revived twice on the way to the hospital to live another 10 years. What a wonderful gift of time we were given.

Most People Don’t Know This About Me: I was a competitive gymnast and college cheerleader
